Waiganjo and Waiguru Out For Lunch


Former Devolution cabinet secretary Anne Waiguru will wed respected lawyer Kamotho Waiganjo,reports the weekly magazine,Citizen Weekly.

According to the Weekly Newspaper,Waiguru will be re-married in a highly private affair that will be held in an exclusive hotel.Only a few guests and dignitaries will be invited to the wedding.

This comes after Waiguru has been a single mum for so many years after she divorced her husband and Father of her children some years back.

It is said that Waiganjo and Waiguru have been holding a series of meeting with inlaws from both sides to iron out the issue of dowry. The publications even goes ahead to state that Waiganjo has already paid the pride price.

Waiguru, who was cleared by the EACC of any wrongdoing in the National Youth Service-NYS- scandal, is said to preparing to take a stab at the Nairobi gubernatorial seat.

Waiguru wedding to Waiganjo is part of a plot to deflect attention from rumors that linked her to a clandestine affair to President Uhuru Kenyatta.
A friend was quoted by the weekly as saying:

The marriage to lawyer Kamotho Waiganjo is to shed off the ‘president mistress’ tag her opponents planned to use in city gubernatorial race campaigns.

President Uhuru Kenyatta had stated, during a tour of the North Rift on November 16, 2015 that he had NO other wife except Margaret Kenyatta.

The Jubilee party nominations for the coveted Nairobi gubernatorial seat has attracted Dagorreti South MP Dennis Waweru, TNA nominated MP, Johnson Sakaja, Senator Mike Sonko and Bishop Margaret Wanjiru.
It is yet to be seen if the President will favour her once powerful Devolution CS Anne Waiguru.
Waiguru is housing her fiancé at her posh Kihingo Village bungalow.
