Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has adopted a strategy that will see him boost his numbers in terms of votes and guarantee him victory in 2017.
The Opposition Leader has acquired a fleet of expensive cars ready to traverse the country to urge his supporters to apply for IDs and register as voters ahead of 2017.

The cars are fitted with metallic plates with an engraving Register to Vote for Raila, a clear indication that the former PM is not joking this time.
CORD volunteers have also surrendered their private cars to be fitted with the metallic plates to spread Raila Odinga’s political gospel across the country as can be seen in the parking lot at Orange House.
Raila’s new acquisition has sent shivers down the spines of Jubilee operatives with State House engaging a higher pre-campaign gear.
